Good people, terrible management - Engineer Cepton Employee Review

Sadly those people are treated terribly by upper management and especially the CEO. The arrogance of the executive team is unlike anything I have ever seen. It is common to have your ideas ignored or even to be stolen and have others take credit for it months later It is also terribly disorganized and there is no discipline in the organization with regards to documentation, project management and production quality. As a result the quality of the product suffers and many units arrive at customers broken straight out of the box. This company is run by researchers who are unable to make the transition to building a functional product that can actually be used by people.
