Pros
Unique technology, I've been here for 3 years, fun to see products evolve. HW group is selective, people are experienced, learned a lot from them. Several colleagues joined from competitors, should be a good sign. People get things done here, from top to bottom. No bad potatoes, no drama, hope there won't be any in future. CEO is honest and approachable, very hands on, still work on stuff in the lab.
Cons
Growing pains, just like any other startup. Many projects to work on, short on hands. Not well known to the outside.
