Senior management makes decisions based on short-term situations • Dishonestly throughout the hiring process. The recruiters promise quick contract-to-permanent, just to get hired and learn that Cepheid doesn’t offer it • Lack of diversity. Almost everyone is either Filipino or Vietmeanse • Too much favoritism • No career growth opportunities • Lots of gossiping
