      Lot of work. 20% Grown, so new ressources are too often hired too late (but is it really bad ?)

      Decent Comp for a Biotech, Okay WLB, Product is decent and good mission

      Layoffs pretty much every quarter. Most of the good folks have left. The parent company makes decisions that directly impact associates at Cepheid
