Cons
Because of the same reasons in the pros section, you could end up stuck with a lot of menial work for a long time because developing process for a growing company is difficult and takes time. Danaher is stingy on hiring more resources. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS: Director level and above leaders are not qualified for their jobs. They only focus on communicating upwards and measuring metrics. Big disconnect between those who do the work and those who drive the work. Not enough people to do the job and just a lot of people up above applying pressure downwards, not providing support, training, removing road blocks. Leaders don't prioritize. Everything is urgent. Unrealistic deadlines and then corporate speeches to try and motivate us to work towards the same unrealistic deadlines.
