      Innovative, impactful and great colleagues

      Cons

      There aren't downsides. Education is a tough market so it means we are constantly trying to do more and more for schools and colleges. This means its fast-paced and that isn't for everyone. But for people who like this, its a great place to work.

      Pros

      Great set of account managers Work ethic among the developers and the account managers is high!

      Cons

      Certain line managers gave no onboarding, or guidance. When addressed was met with some out of date resources, consistency was poor. My manager became a particular bottle neck in my work making it hard to complete my work.
