- Unwilling engineers and lower staff, with rare exceptions. - Company has not been hiring higher rank staff for past half a decade, Managers work day and night to compensate for the people who have left. - Poorly paying with far below market standards. - They force you to stay in the Poorly built quarters so that they can extract work out of you day and night. - Incompetent and Egoistic Department heads. - People belonging to certain clans and boot lickers get extremely favoured and this is extremely common and visible. - No intervention from HR on people's state of mind and working condition. - You cannot leave your home for market or some place without due permissions from Dept. heads which is tough to get, effectively you are locked in the boundaries of there so-called "colony" if you ever get a chance to be off duty. - People are not allowed to avail there Privileged leaves easily, they loose out on there leaves when they lapse at the end of year.
