* good research team. * Average HR. (Which is good in Middle east) * You life in Century depends on which Team Lead you're with. * Office facilities are good. * Good as a first job in UAE.

If you are a middle management trying to makeoney here, it's impossible. Many hands are trying to taking a cut of what you make. If your TL is greedy, he will eat up all your commission%. It's not that easy for them to cook up commission numbers. Certain TLs are so entitled that they behave as if they "owns" their staff. Odd working hours, weekend working and what not. It's a toxic environment.
