Pros

Fellow folks in the customer service side are friendly. I made some great lifelong friends here.

Cons

I was at Century for almost nine years. I started low and worked my way up to have my own customers. I took on everything they handed me. It used to be a great company until they were bought by Sun. Everything changed after that. With COVID, it was completely remote. They hire more and more salespeople and less customer service folks to help with the influx of customers. I got my first negative review because they created a core team that took care of all the "smaller" customers. There were two of us on the team to begin with. We couldn't keep up. Sales is given all the plaudits and all the go ahead. Asia gets all the credit for everything. I worked my tail off and took on everything they gave me and I got laid off with about 15 others in April 2024. This was I believe the third downsizing since Century was bought out. It started out so good. I recommended this company to everyone I know. The only good part is Alice in customer service, and the other fellow cogs in the machine. Sales and higher ups think they rule the world. It's a sad, sad situation.

Pros

Work life balance and flexibility; one day a week in the office. Management is fair and allows employees to work independently as long as they remain professional. Good benefits with generous time off available.

Cons

Lacks some communication efforts between upper management and employees but resolvable if management makes a concerted effort to have regular office wide meetings.

Pros

Your colleagues are great, but that’s about it

Cons

Favoritism is rampant is all emphasis is put on sales and sales has no idea what the other hand is doing
