Pros

Beautiful building, plenty of places to park, Nice people in marketing and closing, the receptionist is an angel at the GA location.

Cons

I wouldn’t wish working here on my worst enemy. Management is not for you, they’re against. They’re not willing to train associates or even take five minutes of their day to make them feel like a person. The person supposed to be my mentor intentionally hid manuals or guides from me. When I would find major errors in resources that are used by all departments, it would fall on deaf ears. Despite no help from Admin, I was resourceful enough to find ways to excel in any project I was handed. The upper management in Admin were incompetent, two-faced, and threatened with anyone who had promise of success. The answer was always “i don’t know” to basic questions such as “Who uses this report?” “Who else can I touch base with to ensure I’m making changes that benefit the company not just our department?” “When was this last updated?” You would be hard pressed to find anyone ambitious or business-minded stick around in admin at the Georgia location. Until they start fresh with the department, they’ll never keep top talent.

Pros

I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

Cons

Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

Pros

Can make good income if you're in the right place, the hours aren't bad and generally it's pretty laid back

Cons

work weekends and holidays and income varies dramatically based on location and market.
