Pros
Some of top management present themselves as Christians with good values and say they truly care about your success. Decent location and nice building.
Cons
After working there, soon you realize your just a number to make the owners money and pay for their franchise fees instead of really building your business. Only being in the business a few years after joining, I knew enough to realize the % taken of out my commission was outrageous. In 2019, Agents work so hard for their own business and shouldn't be giving owners 33% of their hard work out of commission checks! Very HIGH turn over. Owners are competitors, very few leads given to agents other than rentals.
