      I have to enter five words...

      The parent company is AWFUL! They have zero idea on how to manage all the competing franchise organizations they own and house in the same office. They are a disaster financially. They are out of date, out of touch and just a giant mess...I can't even properly describe it.

      Good work structure, CRM included, online learning is decent

      Commission splits are high, franchise fees, CRM is available but poor quality, website is available but poor quality, outdated
