      DOC Admin and security staff are amazing

      Cons

      Most HSA’s in Ks are not nursing, therefore providing no support for DON or staffing .Staff In all departments have reported how the. HSA treats staff, regional protect the HSA, and corporate ignores complaints. HR does nothing. Current staff that haven’t quit or been fired yet, are afraid to report, due to obvious retaliation of former staff.

      Excellent company to work for—I’ve been with the organization for 10 years. Strong leadership, great team collaboration, and a genuine focus on supporting team members. Great benefits and compensation, and leadership consistently seeks out our input and suggestions.

      Pros

      Helping others- Other staff was great. Salary.

      Cons

      Prison staff at Hayes were not concerned about the safety of inmates or MH Staff. Program manager avoided doing her job- Would scream at other employees. Work wasn't always divided evenly. Some employees were considered favorites. Have to be tough skinned to deal with inmates.
