Pros
It was good- they offered 3 12 hour shifts for full time. Especially in a prison environment the time off is important.
Cons
They decided to make everyone work 40 hours instead of 36. Bye bye 3 12s. When it was 3 12s it was only on day shift. Nights you got stuck alternating 36 and 48 hpw- really horrid. They treat their nurses pretty bad, I thought, but it’s Florida, a right to work state, which basically equals very little employee rights.
