      Pay was excellent, most staff were pleasant, dedicated and hardworking.

      Cons

      Terrible management with a vitriolic, manipulative and divisive agenda, which is endorsed and proliferated by upper management. Safety concerns are not addressed unless it suits management's agenda.

      Excellent company to work for—I’ve been with the organization for 10 years. Strong leadership, great team collaboration, and a genuine focus on supporting team members. Great benefits and compensation, and leadership consistently seeks out our input and suggestions.

      Helping others- Other staff was great. Salary.

      Cons

      Prison staff at Hayes were not concerned about the safety of inmates or MH Staff. Program manager avoided doing her job- Would scream at other employees. Work wasn't always divided evenly. Some employees were considered favorites. Have to be tough skinned to deal with inmates.
