Pros
Since it is a smaller company with many offices, you have a lot of opportunities to learn about all aspects of the company. There is a lot of flexibility - time off, working from home, hours, etc. As long as you work hard, you'll be rewarded. Great employees
Cons
The downside of a smaller company is that salaries can be lower and bonuses are only given if the company does well. Management style is unusual but the other employees make it worth it.
