      Independence and less interference in the work provided. Easy to mix up

      Cons

      Over work load Uncertain tasks No clear instructions Less trained staff Higher authority will not reply to mail/issues etc . You will be asked to apologise everytime to treat you as if they are giving it in free Will not credit salary if you end up on bad note .

      Very bad atmosphere.pathetic condition.Directors are thief.They are making hell the life of employees.Mr.Shishir dixit has affair with one employee.Very very poor working condition.
