The hours are flexible and there is a good culture of learning, collaboration and honesty in the company.

The workload can be high at times, and the structure of the company means that a lot of responsibility is given to all employees in terms of improving process and workflow. This can be rewarding but is mostly a burden when there is outstanding development work to be done.
