- The Directors of this company are such a mixed bag. We have some amazing people leading the business, and some people who add nothing. They belittle others, want to micromanage things not really in their area of responsibility and are a barrier to progress. They also all can't have meetings together without shouting which every person in the company finds out about - some very strange decisions made regarding who we partner with for our banking rails - zero career prospects - zero pay rises for YEARS! how am I meant to stay here?
