Pros

- Great work environments - Management is really proactive and genuinely cares about you and your work - Try to create a healthy mental space (frequent office activities painting, baking, quiz nights and travel to New York) - Manager is On your side!!! They want you to succeed at every point, you are encouraged to work more efficiently through watching how hard your team works. - Product team is proactive on customer needs and obviously sometimes there is a delay but ive never worked at a company that Cares this much about customer satisfaction. - CEO, CPO, Head of Tech, Head of Hardware, Head of Operations will get on the phone with customers that need a little more help - Incredibly open to feedback in the 5/6 months I have worked at this company the onboarding process for clients has changed for the better 3 times and if something does not work they are open to change. - Growth Mindset - Work from home availability (extremely important for me)

Cons

Don't see the team as much as I would like to face to face (due to covid)

Pros

Very positive environment and work culture. You can get things done super quickly and using new tech. You can instantly have a huge impact, leverage a bunch of resources and learn a ton if you want to.

Cons

If you like to work, none. Sometimes people move too fast and break things, but this is part of every startup culture. It's definitely not a place for 'coasting' or if your main priority is work-life balance. You will be pushed.
