Literally no complaints about Centronic. A wonderfully-run organisation from my perspective.

I started at Centronic as a GMD Pump operator back in 2012. Having moved industry from the print trade I was recommended by a friend who was already an employee, I had a successful interview and started within 2 weeks. Within 2 years I was the team leader of the area and within 3 years I was the production supervisor, leading around 14 production staff. Centronic helped develop my management skills as well as various workshops around six sigma training, being involved / leading CI projects. I passed my yellow belt there and since gone on to complete my green with another company. The place has a great community feel and is a respected Business within the local area. The Xmas dinner and boat day for employees are nice touches. People are generally great. Still speak to many people working there, some I consider close friends. Owners of the business do genuinely care, which was important to me.

Progression can be limited, ultimately the reason I left - but on good terms.
