Pros
Small agency feel, close relations with production/creative members, Senior leaders gives juniors a lot of creative power, and input. Given it's a small agency, being a multi-disciplinary creative is beneficial.
Cons
Communication agency, with lack of communications. Account teams are full of YES men/women, and are often slave drivers. Account side has no clue about the digital world, but loves taking advise from anyone who spews the most current digital lingos. Think fast, work fast, zero support type of agency. No good deeds ever goes unpunished at Centron.
