      Large, global company offering lots of opportunities and job movement Global company offers exposure to many different situations Profitable and well run Leadership is visible and involved Flexible leadership/managers

      Benefits and policies are behind the times (no paternity leave, VERY low starting vacation balance and takes years to get more)

      Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. It was a great learning experience and I enjoyed every minute of it.

      Great people I do like our executives and they are approachable

      Cons

      No work life balance Long hours are the norm Micro managed and only working for our owners not our customers Leaders seem to argue to pound their own chests instead or working together Work done at lower levels but recognition is at VP or above
