      Career growth for some departments, just like any startup you have access to oversee the entire cycle which gives experience.

      Cons

      Nothing is certain, the management doesn’t seem to understand what they’re doing or what should be done, an entire department can easily be removed in a day.

      Consistently wanting to improve process and care alot about employees. culture is pretty unique not like anywhere i've worked

      I moved to a different role for more exposure. It was time to get a job with wider scope in a bigger company
