Pros
The company has some great growth.
They truly care about their employees and ensuring they have what they need to be successful and help the company if you take some initiative
Management works with employees and listens and implements ideas that come from lower levels
Cons
Being a smaller company, many times you will need to figure out best routes forward on your own and by collaborating with others who know pieces of it. Also be comfortable wearing a few different hats. This is something I personally enjoy but for people who don't enjoy this, it might not be a great fit
