Classic example of very talented and dedicated technical teams being overworked and underpaid by inept and unscrupulous management. There are great technical people with the company, who should be poached at any opportunity.
Cons
A struggling company with management (including the CEO) that lack direction, are inept and undertake unscrupulous activities to deceive clients and staff. Clients are provided with knowingly false expectations in project contracting in order for the company to obtain long-term, maintenance contracts. This leads to excessive work on the technical personnel, as they try to complete work in unrealistic timelines. They will also engage on a technology while not having the required expertise, leaving managers to struggle to hire or sub-contract. The CEO is known to go over managers' heads when he receives back-channel complaints from staff with whom he has long-standing friendships. There are constant turnovers, particularly of managers, and changes in direction, with no clear-cut plan for growth or improvement. Be aware, they have cancelled or reduced bonus payments for 2 years running.
