Pros
It is a great software, and a market that is thankful to take it, mostly very nice customers
Cons
Lots of stress and overbooking, taking off the customer booking for some little more important customer, faults (or just sth that is not even your own fault!) is taken with a CC of the team, on site days are booked without asking and no one cares about your doctors appointment, leadership by far the worst i have experienced in 15 yrs of working in the industry, sorry but.. thats it.
