Bad experience - Administration Centric Health Employee Review

I was manager , they demoted me when they took over so they could pay me less. Hired someone else as manager who had never worked in a surgery before and he hadn't a clue...I was still doing the managers job as he kept asking me how to do everything...but getting paid quite a lot less than he was... the whole take over was done so badly with no regard for the staff
