Alright but not great - Games Assistant Centre VR Employee Review

Please do not work here. The pros are that the job itself is fun.

While the job is fun, the people are not.

Discounted VR sessions. Roman (senior manager of sister company) kept the place going but was very stretched as CentreVR was not his main business.

- Low pay and long hours - Zero progression, there is just no structure in place to allow it. - Very poor morale with all staff commenting on how previous employees have been fired or bullied out. - Managing Director is not fit to manage a business. Makes poor decisions and bullies staff members who do not agree with him. - Interview process was terrible and unprofessional - Technology kept breaking down with only 1 trained member of staff who could actually fix the issues. - 5 Managers in 18 months shows the Managing Directors inability to lead and to support.
