This includes maintaining strong manager-employee relationships, offering frequent HR-led initiatives throughout the year to support employees in wellness and engagement, providing regular performance feedback, and keeping an open-door policy with both HR and leadership to ensure all voices are heard. In terms of clarity around company policies, we take great care to review them annually for both compliance and readability. These are available in our employee handbook and on our company intranet. We also walk through these policies in depth with each new team member during orientation, and HR remains available at any time for clarification or support. Regarding compensation, we conduct annual salary reviews in line with industry standards and individual performance. Beyond base pay, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes enhanced PTO, travel perks, and other offerings that employees report they value highly.
