      -A supportive environment with advancement opportunities. -Management team has an open door policy. -Pay is excellent for similar jobs in my area. -Communication is giving in a timely manner.

      Work from Home; Medical Insurance paid 100% by employer; extremely great pay; 2 opportunities each month to earn a bonus that adds about $10/hour more for each hour worked.

      Cons

      You will work every weekend, all weekend forever. Poor leadership; No support while training/learning; unfriendly and at times hostile work environment; Retaliation from supervisors; No accountability
