      Pros

      The people are welcoming and friendly. I like that my schedule is the same throughout the year, this allows me to schedule and plan time off. The bonus structure is great and is obtainable.

      Cons

      The callers are not always nice, this can be stressful at times.

      Work from Home; Medical Insurance paid 100% by employer; extremely great pay; 2 opportunities each month to earn a bonus that adds about $10/hour more for each hour worked.

      Cons

      You will work every weekend, all weekend forever. Poor leadership; No support while training/learning; unfriendly and at times hostile work environment; Retaliation from supervisors; No accountability
