      CTS has a friendly work environment with lots of hard working employees. The management pushes the employees to be the best they can be while also keeping fair expectations for the group. If you are searching for a place to grow and learn in the IT field this is it.

      Cons

      The environment is quick-paced and can be difficult to catch onto at first. After a little bit of training employees tend to become much more comfortable.

      The clients that are brought on are mostly great to work with. They made the job much more enjoyable.

      Cons

      The workplace goes through long cycles of being tense then a little relaxed but then tense again. It was stressful.
