It is a steady, full time job that issues a pay check. While they have a form saying they can fire for any reason they don't seem to if you just show up and do your job.

Company is very old fashioned and staunchly conservative and openly so. Many of the management's attitudes to other religions and ethnic groups has made employees uncomfortable and caused them to leave. Management is very quick to give the best positions and promotions to friends and family members at the expense of more experienced employees. If you really need a job, you can work as best you can and get your paycheck.
