      Pros

      Willing to adjust to your life needs, Are willing to cross train. Good experiences with coworkers.

      Cons

      The wage does not reflect the cost of living in Bend, Oregon and for most of the positions here there isn't a real competitor to incentivize them to change that any time soon. The have back door deals with St. Charles and Summit so again no real competitors to offer better.
