Working conditions are great, supervisors care, they are very organized and professional.

Wages aren’t up to date with the cost of living

1. MD’s are great to work with as are just about all of the employees and supervisors. 2. Benefits are above average 3. No call, weekends or holidays

1. The abusive, narcissistic bully of a RRA. There’s a reason why so many people have quit because of her and refuse to work with her. The language that comes out of her mouth towards employees, about the people who run the company, and the patients… it’s disgusting and embarrassing for the company. 2. HR… by far, one of the worst HR departments I’ve yet to see. I can’t tell you how many people I saw speak with them about a certain situation or event (usually the RRA), and ended up quitting or getting fired shortly after reporting abuse. Plus the amount of people who are scared to go to HR out of retaliation- Not a good look. 3. The pay is alright. Not the best, but considering they do provide no cost to you premiums for medical; it’s not bad.
