I am sorry you did not have a better experience with us. I agree, working outside in all kinds of weather is not for everyone! Pros

The company offers a lot of training programs. Everything from safety training to management training is available. There is even a library of online courses that any employee can take any course they like. The people are really great and like to share their knowledge. Especially the "Lifers" (people who have been at the company for more than 25 years).

Cons

Considering that this is a agriculture-based company, everything is computerized. If you don't like technology you may find it hard to move up in company.

We are happy you are enjoying growing your expertise. Training and employee development is definitely a focus here. I agree that technology in agriculture has increased. From programs to track employee vacation to drones and applicators with "eyes" to provide a real time view of the fields, technology is everywhere. The good news, we will train employees on how to use each new application.
