Cons
Leadership is very focused on micromanagement, which makes it hard to feel trusted or empowered. HR doesn’t provide the support employees expect and often stays silent when issues with managers are raised, which can feel like favoritism. The culture has shifted over time and is no longer as positive or collaborative, making it harder to enjoy day-to-day work. New joiners are asked to post positive reviews during probation, which doesn’t reflect the real employee experience.
