      When John was the owner, it was great. Except for a tyrant manager, John cared about his employees. Left once the company was sold

      Pros

      Different calls coming in, good change of pace. Management works with you if you need further assistance/training. Even though company is open 24/7, including holidays, they will work with you to have holiday off you would prefer. Great work environment with helpful trainers. Management shows appreciation to employees throughout the year (gifts during customer service appreciation week, food on holidays for those who work, etc....)

      Cons

      Customers/callers can be difficult at times (but supervisors will take the caller if they are being abusive)
