caseload and paperwork demands can be a bit challenging

Great opportunity for school hours and doing therapy sessions. The sessions are IEP goal oriented, so helpful for exposure to different goals and students. Management at the time of my employment was great.

Pay was not great. I have heard it has improved since I left, though.
