Strict policy and everything have to follow accordingly to their policy.

Centracare provides the highest therapist salaries in the area (maybe aside from private practice). They have good benefits as well, overall I’m pleased with the compensation package and my work with patients is very meaningful. They often have internal positions open, so if the job isn’t a good fit there is usually room to move laterally.

This really depends on which department you work in. Centracare is quite “top heavy” in my opinion and there are too many cooks in the kitchen when it comes to leadership and management. Who you have for leadership really makes all the difference in these roles. I’ve heard great things from other departments, and some of them (like mine) are quite chaotic and not always therapy friendly.
