Poor salary they feel that since they are the only game in town for an hour drive they can pay low wages and expect you to be grateful. No opportunity for advancement unless you are young pretty and clueless they are not interested in advancing anyone with experience and brains to think on their own. The benefits cost a fortune and they own the insurance company. Mandatory overtime making it more unsafe given the already short staffed units and senior management doesn't care.
