      Flexible hours (there aren’t enough pros for the 5 word minimum!!)

      Cons

      Terrible management team who do not possess the relevant skills to manage people, unfair treatment of staff dependent on whether or not you’re friends with the bosses or suck up to them, unprofessional in every possible way, staff are treated like children

      Pros

      Many great employees who want to take care of their patients. These people are the backbone of the organization.

      Cons

      The backbone of great employees is seriously undervalued by executive management. Sadly more employees are resistant to changing with the times and create problems where there weren't any.
