Not recommended (especially if you're Australia based) - Marketing Specialist Centr Employee Review

No pros as far as I am concerned.

Toxic work environment. Micro-management is at an extreme level. I have never experienced anything like it. I was required to hound the creative team all day long, in addition to them having their own project manager. I was under overwhelming pressure. I would not recommend this job to anyone. Toxic company culture.

The role allowed me to grow my skills and expand in different areas of the business. I enjoyed working alongside my immediate team members. Good working from home options.

Awful micro-management and and overall toxic hustle culture. Unrealistic and unachievable deadlines, meaning that lots of overtime was required to finish a task which could have otherwise been avoided. Did not feel as if I had a safe space to discuss growth opportunities, roadblocks in workflow or contribute new ideas.
