Pros
Very flexible in work hours and a lot of freedom in terms on how you want to spend time and vacation etc. Very friendly and relaxed environment with nice people.
Cons
Non existing training program and a culture that is based on "I WANT to do this" rather than "I am ABLE to do this" sometimes results in amateur-like outcomes and mistaken conclusions and/or learning outcomes. Senior management has a phobia of talking concrete and real things and want to stick with visions and metaphores rather than future and real action. The salary and is on par with competitors but Centigo offers no benefits.
