Pros

It would be a cold day in …. Before I ever give this company a positive review. This has been by far the most traumatic experience! I left an amazing company for false promises! My old company did everything to keep me, but I wanted to experience over money. Worst decision I’ve ever made. HR is more worried about ruffling feathers and loosing their job than actual integrity in the workplace. In this job economy, can you blame them ? I guess not. No pros for the company! However you will meet some amazing people here, so amazing that they’ve given their all into the company. Hoping one day it will pan out. Some are stuck due to this terrible job market, no where else to run. Fortunately I ran back to my industry and never been more grateful!

Cons

Terrible Management: The management is incompetent, lacking the skills and experience necessary to lead effectively. Lack of Support: There is little to no support provided to employees. You're often left to figure things out on your own. Poor Communication: Communication from management is almost non-existent, leading to confusion and frustration. Inexperienced Workforce: This company operates like a startup (with zero budget), but it's run by people who have little to no knowledge of their job roles, which creates a chaotic work environment. No Resources: There is a severe lack of sales materials and other necessary tools, leaving employees unprepared and struggling to meet expectations. Cultural Issues (NUMBER ONE ISSUE): There's a noticeable cultural problem where the company tends to hire from their own network in India, bringing in people who do not understand the market let alone the US market or the needs of the business. This practice increases the challenges in the company. Existing relationships with customers are constantly ending due to the aggressive tactics! Lack of customer support! Lack of service! Lack of transparency and false promises! No Raises or Bonuses: Despite the hard work, there are no raises or bonuses, making it difficult to feel motivated or valued as an employee. Even after contributing your own financial resources to help you achieve your goals within the company. No you’re not compensated back. Exploitation of Resources: The company will suck all of your resources and energy. They want 100% access and control over YOUR network. They will cause you to burn bridges! I had a target on my back when I refused to allow access! I seen what happened to others within the company. The amount of bridges they were burning and relationships they ruined. Mind you I invested my own money and resources already, but that wasn’t enough. They then wanted my contacts. Absolutely not! This company is on a fast track to failure, and I foresee lawsuits on the horizon. So much so I have documented all of my experience, kept emails and messages from people who were harassing me and even customers. Information on the lies to customers, after voicing my concerns about the situations. Receipts of plagiarism ! All of it! I wish I had the money to sue this company into oblivion! But the day someone has the financial means to sue, I will be locked and loaded to assist! Anyone who applies to this company is a fool, especially after reading all of the negative reviews. Overall, this is a highly dysfunctional and toxic work environment, and I would strongly advise against joining this company.

Pros

Hybrid role. Good work-life balance (no overtime). Nice coworkers and on-site management for the San Antonio location. On-site leadership actually cared for their employees and development, however, higher-ups will always have the last word. Great place to gain experience and open your eyes to bad corporate culture. Had exposure to a few different projects.

Cons

Low paying jobs. They will try to work you into the ground, compensation isn't worth it. The company relies heavily on contractors, only 5 people converted to full‑time over 1 year. The executives are sexist (yes, even in 2026). I observed gender‑biased behavior from senior leaders, if you are a woman, they will not listen to you and talk down on you. Limited transparency from leadership. Constant overnight layoffs. They fire 50% of the people every quarter. You will always be scared of losing your job [no stability at all]. They are always talking about more opportunities for growth but it's ALL LIES. Senior management and higher-ups are horrible people, they don't care about you as a person, they only care about money. I wouldn’t recommend working here to someone seeking long‑term growth or job security.
