i don't really have any cons for the company.

The work is simple and easy.

The employers seem to have cared more about numbers than they did about their employees. They would load you down with work and underpay you and discouraged you for feeling entitled to pay that matched the work. Work environment wasn’t any better. Management dealt with things from afar and would pick sides instead of mediate.
