Great company - Crisis Counselor Centerstone Employee Review

I came with high expectations and longing to find a sense of fulfilment in my career. Centerstone did not disappoint. The staff are amazing, and the leadership is supportive in so many ways. (Encouraging, helpful, knowledgeable) I feel like I didn't just start "another job", I feel like I have found my calling in life!

Training can be a lot, but understandable considering the severity of the situations we encounter.

Flexible hours, nice team environment

Not the best office setting, can be quite depressive
