      Pros

      "Good pay", but not enough for the hardship and head aches.

      Cons

      They underbid the contract where I worked. They tried to blame the employees for not meeting contract requirements, when the fact was,that we were understaffed. They hired the same mafia that was employed at the previous company and anyone trying to bring change or do the right thing had to fight against all odds. They did not care for the workers is all about making money.

      Pros

      The company allowed each individual contract to run itself. Contract security is notoriously unprofessional, ill-equipped, and untrained. At our site, we were able to influence positive change toward a professional team capability.

      Cons

      With contract security, the client often has unqualified people as the contract liaison, Everything is about saving money, and checking the box in regards to CLAIMING to have appropriate security, but not at all in ensuring it exists.
