      Pros

      Remote work was allowed, at least on my team.

      Cons

      Teams run extremely lean. Always worried about the next round of layoffs, or your job being outsourced to the Philippines. Lack of job security, All of my coworkers had complaints of being overworked and feeling guilt for utilizing PTO. Expensive health insurance plans. I could go into much, much more about my experience but I'll leave it at that and just recommend you to look elsewhere.
